    Siraitia grosvenorii, commonly known as Monk Fruit or Luo Han Guo, is a rare climbing vine native to southern China. The fruit is famous for its natural sweetness and has been used for centuries in traditional herbal teas and natural sweeteners. The plant produces small round green fruits that turn brown when dried.

    Germination Instructions

    1. Soak the seeds in lukewarm water for 24 hours before sowing.

    2. Use a well-draining seed-starting mix and plant seeds about 1 cm deep.

    3. Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged.

    4. Maintain a warm temperature of 22–30°C for best germination.

    5. Place in bright indirect light.

    6. Germination may take 2–6 weeks depending on conditions.

    Once seedlings are established, provide support for climbing and protect from frost.
